Twin 52-storey towers set in a 人 formation by GDP Architects — angled so homes take in natural light and scenic Bukit Jalil views, with a shorter corridor from the lift lobby to your door. 920 to 1,680 sq ft, 3 to 4+1 bedrooms, 2 to 3 car parks.
Ren Residence takes its name from the Chinese character 人 (Rén) — people. The two towers are set out in that same shape, and the geometry is doing real work: it opens the building up so homes catch natural light and look out over Bukit Jalil, and it shortens the walk from the lift lobby to your front door. 5+1 lifts serve each floor.
Every layout here is sized for a family — three bedrooms at the smallest, up to 4+1 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, with a yard, a balcony and 2 to 3 parking bays per home. Above the car park sits over an acre of facilities, from the infinity pool and kid's pool to a kindergarten, childcare room and co-working space.
Eight things the developer designed in from the start — every one of them from the official brochure.
Three bedrooms at the entry size, rising to 4+1 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in Type C and D.
A full recreation deck — pool, kid's pool, jacuzzi, playground, courts and lounges.
Three layers of access control between the street and your front door.
Two bays as standard and three on the larger layouts — rare at this size in KL.
The 人 formation angles the towers apart, so homes get daylight and open views.
A shared workspace downstairs for the days you'd rather not work from the dining table.
Hands-free entry for residents at the lobby.
The boom gate reads your plate — no fumbling for a card at the entry.
Childcare and a kindergarten downstairs, a laundry room, a concierge and a shop — the small things that decide whether a weekday actually works.

Both towers on one plate, colour-coded by layout. The short arms are what keep the corridor walk brief.

In Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur. Its official name is Residensi Renaisans Bukit Jalil. The developer's map places it beside Alam Sutera LRT Station and Tzu Chi International School, with KESAS Highway along the north and access to five major highways including the Sungai Besi and KL–Seremban expressways. The brochure does not publish exact distances, so none are quoted here — ask me and I'll send measured drive times.
Prices move with the stock that is left and with whatever launch package is running, so this page deliberately doesn't print a figure — a number on a web page is out of date the week it is published. Message me and I'll send the current price list for the tower, floor and layout you're weighing up, along with anything you may be eligible for. Tower B holds the entry stack.

Leasehold, 98 years, expiring 11 November 2117 — roughly 91 years still to run. The development is registered as Pangsapuri (condominium) and the land is charged to CIMB Bank Berhad, which is normal for a project under construction.
1,260 homes in total — 630 in Tower A and 630 in Tower B, each tower 52 storeys. Because the towers are set in a 人 formation, each floor plate splits into short arms, and 5+1 lifts serve every floor — which is what keeps the corridor walk from the lift lobby to your door short.
The expected date of completion on the advertising permit is October 2027.
