D'Evia is the Water plot of Kwasa Damansara's five-element masterplan — 17 facilities across three levels, and homes from 657 to 1,109 sq ft, 2 to 4 bedrooms, most with a choice of balcony or none.
The name comes from Evian — the word people associate with natural spring water — reshaped into Evia. That isn't decoration: D'Evia is the Water plot in a masterplan where five signature parcels each take one of the Five Elements of Nature. Water sets its curves, its blues, and the names of everything in it — the Flow Lobby, the Evia Pool, Cascade Drop-Off, Ripple Court, The Little Lagoon.
The other half of the argument is far more practical. D'Evia sits in Kwasa Damansara, a transit-oriented township built around the MRT, and it is about 600 metres from Kwasa Sentral station on the Sungai Buloh–Kuala Lumpur line. Homes run 657 to 1,109 sq ft across four layout families, and every three- and four-bedroom type comes in a balcony and a no-balcony version.
Eight things taken straight from the developer's e-brochure.
Kwasa Sentral station is about 600 metres away — the developer's own map calls it an eight-minute walk.
One of five element-themed parcels in Kwasa Damansara. Water shapes the curves, the palette and the name of every space.
Ground floor, Level 8 and Level 9 — the pool, gym, arcade and multipurpose hall sit high up rather than at the base.
A two-bedroom, two-bathroom plan at 657 sq ft — the smallest way in, and it still has a yard and a hackable wall.
Every 3- and 4-bedroom type ships in two versions — with a balcony, or with that area folded into the living room.
Every layout marks a hackable wall, so the kitchen or a bedroom can be opened up without guessing what's structural.
Kota Damansara Community Forest Reserve sits just across the township, with green lungs designed into the masterplan.

Kwasa Damansara's masterplan splits into five signature plots, each built on one element. Knowing which one you're buying into tells you what the place will feel like.
D'Evia — this one. Flow, renewal and clarity: gentle curves, soft textures, and spaces named for moving water. The brochure's phrase for it is "Where life flows."
Grounding and permanence — the element the masterplan pairs with weight and texture.
Energy and warmth, the most active of the five.
Movement and lightness, carried through openness and air.
The fifth — the connecting element above the other four. (The brochure's diagram labels this one Sky.)

Twenty units to a floor, colour-coded by type. The northwest side looks over Shah Alam and the pool; the southeast side faces Kota Damansara.
Named exactly as the developer names them — almost all of them after moving water.
Artist's impressions from the developer's e-brochure.
A new township planned around the MRT, between Sungai Buloh and Kota Damansara.
To Kwasa Sentral MRT station, on the Sungai Buloh–Kuala Lumpur (SBK) line. The developer's map states approximately 600 m / an 8-minute walk. Elsewhere the same brochure describes it as a 4-minute walk — so treat 600 m as the figure to trust, and pace it yourself when you visit.
Several key numbers aren't in the e-brochure yet — price, tenure, unit count, car park bays and completion date. Leave your details and I'll send them the moment EXSIM releases them, along with the current price list and what's available.

In Kwasa Damansara, Selangor — the transit-oriented township between Sungai Buloh and Kota Damansara. The developer's map places it about 600 m from Kwasa Sentral MRT, with the Guthrie Corridor Expressway, NKVE, DASH and LDP all reachable. Apart from the MRT walk the brochure publishes no distances, so nothing else is quoted here.
It does, and it's worth being straight about. The map callout says "approximately 600 m / 8 minutes walking distance to Kwasa Sentral MRT"; the paragraph on the same page says "a short 4-minute walk". A 600 m walk at normal pace is 7–8 minutes, so the map figure is the consistent one — that's what this page uses. Walk it yourself when you visit the gallery.
The e-brochure does not publish a price. Rather than guess, this page leaves it as "to be confirmed" — message me and I'll send the current price list as soon as it's released, along with which stack and floor the price applies to.
None of those are in this e-brochure either — there is no advertising-permit panel in it, which is where tenure, total units, storeys, car park bays, price range and the expected completion date normally appear. I have deliberately not filled in estimates. Ask me and I'll get them in writing from EXSIM.
EXSIM MX4 Sdn Bhd (1486857-W), an EXSIM company, at Level 35 EXSIM Tower, Millerz Square @ Old Klang Road, Kuala Lumpur. EXSIM is also behind The Vividz and The Queenswoodz in Bukit Jalil. D'Evia is certified GreenRE.
Kwasa Damansara's masterplan is divided into five signature plots, each built around one of the Five Elements of Nature — Earth, Fire, Wind, Water and Aether. D'Evia is the Water plot, and that drives its curves, its blue palette and the names inside it: the Flow Lobby, the Evia Pool, The Little Lagoon, Cascade Drop-Off, Ripple Court.
Four layout families in seven variants. Type A is 657 sq ft with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Types B1/B2 and B3/B4 are both 958 sq ft with 3 bedrooms — B3 spreads across a wider 10.15 m frontage. Types C1/C2 are 1,109 sq ft with 4 bedrooms. Each of the B and C types comes with a balcony or without (that area folded into the living room), and every layout marks a hackable wall.
Seventeen, spread over three levels. The ground floor has the Flow Lobby, Cascade Drop-Off, Co-working Lounge, Meadow Garden, Outdoor Gym and Ripple Court. Level 8 has the Herbs Garden, Harvest Pavilion, Ripple Playground and Healing Garden. Level 9 carries the Evia Pool, The Little Lagoon, Sol Deck, Tree Shade Retreat, Pulse Gym, Evia Arcade and the Flow Hall — so the pool and gym sit high with a view rather than at the base.
No. D'Nuri Residences @ Kwasa Damansara appears next to D'Evia on the developer's map because it is the neighbouring plot — a separate project in the same masterplan. If you'd like both compared side by side, ask me.
Yes — the D'Evia Sales Gallery is at Empire City, Jalan Damansara, Petaling Jaya. Send me your preferred day and time on WhatsApp and I'll arrange it and meet you there.
