Two towers on one podium, on what the developer calls one of the last parcels of land facing Kuala Lumpur's Petronas Twin Towers. Hotel services by Paradox Hotels & Resorts. And a set of layouts that spend their square feet on living space rather than bedroom count.
CloutHaus rises on one of the last parcels of land facing the Petronas Twin Towers — the developer's own description, and the reason the whole scheme is organised around the view.
Two towers stand above a shared podium whose gentle curvature the brochure likens to an unfolding curtain. Menara 1 runs to 58 storeys and 242 residences; Tower 2 runs to 66 storeys and 615 — 857 homes in total, on freehold land with no encumbrance and no restriction in interest.
It is built by TA First Credit Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of TA Global Bhd, from Menara TA One a few doors away. Day-to-day the building is serviced by Paradox Hotels & Resorts, so the residences carry hotel services rather than a management office.

Read the layout schedule and something unusual shows up: CloutHaus builds one-bedroom homes at sizes most projects reserve for three. The space goes into living, dining and entertaining instead of extra rooms.
One bedroomTwo or three bedrooms
Type M is a one-bedroom at 1,173 sq ft. Type I is a three-bedroom at 1,119 sq ft. The one-bedroom is the larger of the two. Six of the eleven drawn layouts are one-bedroom homes, and four of those are over 890 sq ft.
The advertising permit lists Menara 1 and Tower 2 separately, with different unit sizes, different prices and different car-park allocations. Both reuse the same type letters, so "Type A" means two different homes depending on the tower.
Why this matters. The eleven layouts drawn further down this page are the Tower 2 schedule — that is the set the brochure publishes plans for. Menara 1's residences are larger and carry one or two car-park bays, but the brochure prints no floor plans for them. If you want a Menara 1 unit, or a bay with your unit, say so and I will get you that schedule and its availability directly.
The pool, the lounge and the trellis deck all sit high in the towers and all face the same direction. The brochure calls it a curated retreat in the sky; in practice it means the amenity looks at the Twin Towers rather than at the podium roof.
On the facilities list. The names above are the ones the brochure captions its renders with. It does not print a numbered facility schedule or the levels they sit on, so this page does not invent either — ask me and I will get the floor-by-floor list from the developer.
The Tower 2 schedule, ordered by built-up rather than by letter — the bedroom count is on every tab so the unusual sizing is visible at a glance. Tap a plan to enlarge it.
549 sq ft · 51 sq m · 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom
The smallest plan and the only one repeated across four stacks, which is why the brochure draws C, D, E and F as a single sheet. Bedroom and living run along the frontage with the kitchen behind.

635 sq ft · 59 sq m · 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom
A wider frontage than the entry plan at 6,765 mm, with a study set off the kitchen and the dining area facing out.

893 sq ft · 83 sq m · 1 bedroom, 2 bathrooms
The first of the large one-bedrooms: a deep plan at 12,320 mm with the bedroom and the living-dining run side by side down the frontage, and a second bathroom off the foyer for guests.

904 sq ft · 84 sq m · 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms
One of the corner plans that follows the tower's curve, so the master bedroom sits behind a bowed glass wall. Kitchen and dining are pushed to the rear leg of the L.

904 sq ft · 84 sq m · 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms
The same built-up as Type G on a straight 8,720 mm frontage instead of a curve — a squarer, more conventional two-bedroom with a master bath and a walk-in wardrobe.

980 sq ft · 91 sq m · 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms
A long plan down the tower's flank, ending in the curve — the master bedroom takes the bowed wall while the living and dining run back along the corridor side.

1,001 sq ft · 93 sq m · 1 bedroom, 2 bathrooms
A thousand square feet given to one bedroom, a full kitchen and a living-dining run down the whole 12,130 mm depth — the clearest example of this project's approach to space.

1,098 sq ft · 102 sq m · 1 bedroom, 2 bathrooms
The layout the brochure photographs for its interiors. Bedroom, study, living, dining and a separate kitchen on a 9,540 by 10,680 mm floor plate, with both bathrooms drawn as Bath 1 and Bath 2 rather than one being an ensuite afterthought.

1,119 sq ft · 104 sq m · 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms
Three bedrooms on the curve, with the master taking the bowed wall and its own bathroom, and the two secondary bedrooms sharing the second. The kitchen sits at the far end, off the dining area.

1,173 sq ft · 109 sq m · 1 bedroom, 2 bathrooms
Larger than either three-bedroom on the Tower 2 schedule, and still one bedroom. A study, a wide kitchen and a living-dining space that takes most of the 9,325 mm frontage — a home built for entertaining rather than for a household.

1,216 sq ft · 113 sq m · 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms
The biggest plan the brochure draws: three bedrooms on the curved corner with a master bath, a utility room and a kitchen set behind the dining area on a 12,995 mm frontage.

Larger footprints exist beyond these eleven. The permit lists combined types G-G at 134 sq m, H-G at 160 sq m and I-G at 216 sq m — and those are the only Tower 2 types that carry a car-park bay. The brochure prints no plans for them, so none are drawn here.
The brochure's own phrase for the address. It maps the neighbourhood by category — landmarks, medical, education, shopping, hospitality and the embassies — without printing a single distance.
No distances or drive times are quoted on this page. The brochure plots these places on a map but publishes no figures, and I will not estimate them. Tell me which of them matters to you and I will measure the real door-to-door time and send it over WhatsApp.

At this level the floor and the facing matter more than the type letter. Tell me what you are after and I will come back with what is actually available.
WhatsApp should be opening now with your enquiry already written out. If it didn't, the button below does the same thing.
