In 2019, I expanded into new property sales, combining my subsales expertise with a deep understanding of high-growth new developments. Over the past decade, I’ve assisted more than 2,000 satisfied buyers, helping young couples and families
find their ideal family home or upgrade to a property that perfectly fits their lifestyle and needs.
In July 2015, during my early days in real estate, I closed my first property sale—a Penthouse at Quadro Residence KLCC worth over RM2 million to a cash buyer from China. This was a turning point in my career, but it didn’t come easy.
As a young agent in my early 20s, I faced an undercut incident where a co-broke agent tried to take my buyer’s contact right in front of me, likely underestimating me due to my age. Despite this challenge, I stayed professional and focused on delivering exceptional service.
In the end, the buyer chose to work with me because of my attitude and dedication, earning me not only my first paycheck but also the First Sales Achievement Award. This experience taught me that trust, integrity, and resilience are the keys to success in real estate.
